Vivimo is AstraZeneca Plc and Pozen Inc's new pain drug and has been approved by the FDA for treating ankylosing spondylitis.
From Reuters: "Vimovo is a fixed-dose combination of the anti-inflammatory drug naproxen and an immediate release version of esomeprazole, the active ingredient in AstraZeneca's acid reflux treatment Nexium."
Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that reduces gastric acid secretion.
