Dr. Rosenbaum will be honored for his contribution to understanding and treating inflammation within the eye known as uveitis, a leading cause of blindness. Uveitis is common in those with ankylosing spondylitis.
This is Dr. Rosenbaum's first year as the Chair of SAA's Medical & Scientific Advisory Board, but he has served on the board for over a decade. SAA congratulates Dr. Rosenbaum on the award and we thank him for his continued efforts.
